Guest guest
Thankyou so much love for your kind words. I enjoyed to read about your whirlwind of energy, sounds invigorating. I have wondered what I will do with my time when the non sleep point arrives, as I love my sleep. Do you spend time doing creative things? I am so excited for you, and for all of us. Big hug to you Sherri, lots of love Elektra x x x _________ All New Mail – Tired of unwanted email come-ons? Guest guest
Hi, So nice to hear from you. When I cannot sleep ( like right now, lol) I often just close my eyes and lightly meditate and watch the pictures which are often stunning and in brighter than life colors. Or get up and wander around, create jewelery either actually or in my mind or go and contemplate the wonder of the night sky from the hot tub. Or, I burn incense, listen to gentle music and give thanks for everything I can think of. Or do forgivenesses for everything I can think of. Usually I am so blissed out the I do not care that I am not sleeping but weep with gratitude at being in such a state. Or whatever else occurs to me. It seems like very sacred time. Guest guest
PS-I forgot that sometimes, being from the Tantric tradition, I sit in the hot tub or on a zafu to meditate, put my arms up in the air with the palms of my hands parallel to the floor, surrender to the K and let the kyrias just take me to wherever they want.....usually wonderfully blissful places, often with weeping and laughing and sometimes with gasps of wonder as to what I am experiencing. It's a good thing no one usually seem me or they would think I am totally crazy!
