Guest guest
Hello Stephen yes, with those that have more of an " age " with it the phenomena may calm, but not always. Many have continuous phenomena and many do not. For me the phenomena are always surprising though not always to my liking. Computer Kundalini syndrome being one such " gift " . It varies. In giving I will typically feel blissful though. Everyone will have phenomena differentiation. Some more, some less. It is in conjunction with what we bring to the process as well as this Shaktipat being a determined practice of the safeties as a governor. So if a person is new to that, the phenomena may reflect that. Phenomena is good and healthy and helpful in charting the process. Not to become " expected " as Bret and you Stephen suggest. To be enjoyed as it manifests inside the process and upon the individual. Not to the point of addiction however. Like Bret mentions and you also intimate, allowing or surrendering to the Kundalini's personal process is a very productive course. -
