Guest guest
I have not taken a fitness test but I could walk/run on an elliptical machine for 40 min at 27m/hr without any tiredness whatsoever which is amazing.I could've done this like 2-3 times per day if I wanted too but I did not because my kids were already looking at me like i was crazy, lol.Add to this not being hungry and forcing myself to eat something just because I had to is mind bogling. love,Nicole Kundalini-Awakening-Systems- 1 , " a_seventh_son " <a_seventh_son wrote: > > hi, I recently had the experience of taking a fitness evaluation at a > local community center, and the results were confusing to say the > least. later, reflecting on the occurences, I decided the answer > might lie in a quite different direction, hence my post here. > > to begin with, the center is equipped with a biometric identifier. > the reception desk took my print with the device without issue, yet > even after several attempts and re-printings, the machine absolutely > refused to recognize my fingerprint. later, we attempted to use a > device which is supposed to measure body fat, again by holding it in > direct contact with the skin. after six trials that refused to give a > reading, the trainer assigned to me used the machine himself, and it > worked perfectly. three more trials, and he got a colleague to > observe, who also tried the device himself, and it worked fine. last, > the session concluded with what was to be a mile run on an exercise > treadmill. Guest guest
Kundalini loves electric machines! So there is that. Readings can be thrown off by you but be completely normal for the next person without the K. Then there are the effects of Kundalini on the body. Stamina, strength, immunity, cognizance levels, creativity, intellectual pursuits, are all enhanced by the Kundalini. But not specifically in ways of increase. But in many variable ways such as application, direction, and influenced vectors. For lack of a better term. Lots of ways and of course your personal well being! - blessings Brian - chrism
Guest guest
a wealth of information in a very short response, thank you! I've been avoiding these sorts of measurements and tests, perhaps out of fear of it " being real " or perhaps of discovery/freak-outs. you should have seen the trainer's face when I was in a fast jog at 9/10 mile and the heart rate sensor still read 76bpm... he was also quite flabbergasted with my blood pressure, which rose suddenly (probably shock from the sudden constriction of my arm) then swiftly dropped to like 95/50 and stayed there :-D these physical 'things' don't hold much interest but certainly it was amusing. I think I'll keep my exercise club membership for awhile! I am however quite interested to learn more about the physiological changes engendered by the Kundalini. it is obviously altering the body for its own purposes but I'm curious about how it's being done! -brian , chrism <> wrote: > > Kundalini loves electric machines! Guest guest
For a time I was working in many different hospitals and going into rooms that were quarantined and around many very ill people. As I would do this I would commonly come into contact with many different illnesses. Suits and gloves and masks are minimal protections. I can remember more than once coming home and going to bed knowing there was a disease making organism inside me and then I would feel the Kundalini kick in and the waves would begin to go through me and I would heat up very fast. I would begin to go into an illness phase quite rapidly and then hit a peak and then just as rapidly all symptoms would disappear and I could feel that the disease organism had been neutralized. All in one night. Kundalini loves her children. This happened New Years Eve of 2005. I haven't been sick a day since. - a_seventh_son <a_seventh_son wrote: a wealth of information in a very short response, thank you! Guest guest
:-) I haven't been seriously sick for nearly 5 years. when an illness or cold is coming on, I will usually involuntarily fall into a very deep sleep for 4-6 hours and the problem is either gone entirely or very diminished in severity. haven't experienced that while conscious however, only while sleeping. normally I'll still be tired and sleep my usual 5-6 hours that night. -brian , chrism <> wrote: > > For a time I was working in many different hospitals and going into rooms that were quarantined and around many very ill people. Guest guest
I wanted to write about this too Chrism. I have not been sick for about 3 1/2 yrs. I would usually start to 'feel' the symptoms come, like swollen glands, stuffy nose and a small cough. The next day, after a full nights rest, I am back to normal. I said this before, my Asthma is officially gone! I had severe Asthma since 1992, and Asthma doesn't just disappear, normally... :-) The doctor wanted to know how this happened, and could only say ' It was a miracle'. I couldn't honestly say that the fire of the Kundalini saved me, I'd be in the nut job file. lol. I give gratitude and many thanks to my K and the divine. Guest guest
I appreciate your sharing your experiences with us. Endlessly interesting. I was called to hospitals to help patients in crisis and was led to put my hands on them. I " felt " the energy grids of each illness and knew I was to remember them for sometime in the future. My way of helping at that time was, if it was appropriate for me to get involved in any way, was to lay a " healthy " grid over the patients body and readjust their body to resonate with that grid. I could have held it indefinetly but was led to be there for whatever time was appropriate and then let the patient do what they would with the information. And was told that I should be very careful to readjust my body back to health and not let the pattern of the grid of illness become part of me. Guest guest
Reading all these accounts makes me wonder something. Is is possible for someone's Kundalini to be active or partially active without them knowing it? My husband does this thing he calls " the tingle " and has been able to do it since he was three years old. He can shift energy all throughout his body and uses it to heal himself. He has used it on me when I am in pain and I can feel it come out of his hands as well. It is not very strong and I feel this is because he never had the right direction to develop it. Also, when he starts feeling ill he gets REALLY hot and sweats. He will usually lie down and within a few hours is no longer sick. In the past 10 years, I can't remember him ever being sick really. He is open to spiritual experiences and encourages me in mine, but does not pursue his own. Guest guest
I think you can be partially awakened and not know it.In my case I realized only after my sudden and very powerful awakening that I might have been.I used to be so depressed ,have body pains everywhere, fatigue, get very sick and then I would be completely cured in 3 days as if I was never sick. Also I would get this electrical body spasm from my toes to my chest that would wake me up at night and muscle cramps all over my body as well as well as near my ribs.Seven years ago I used to have this very stressfull job for 11years working long hours and lack of sleep.I was always afraid that I would die but it never happened because I think I was partially awakened all that time.I would get so tired that everything in front of my eyes would float like I wasn't there it was so weird.I heard that if you are born psychic you are partially awakened. As for the healing energy in hands I discovered that I have that and I can heal myself and others.I discovered this by accident when I was guided to put both my hands on a very deep puncture wound on my lower eyelid that my cat did.It was amazing that the pain went away after 10 min and right away it formed a crust and it looked almost healed but I think I burned my skin.I don't think I should have used both hands. Guest guest
I keep reading of healings, and I wonder how does karma play into this? I used to read that if you healed someone, you would take on their karmic burden for this issue. I assume that is not necessarily true, but are there any guidelines? For instance, sending someone energy, does that need to be requested by the individual? What is the decision process to know if it's proper or not? Thanks again and Blessings Paul > " ntaroiu " <lsirca > > > Re: bodily weirdness! >Sat, 24 Mar 2007 16:03:16 -0000 > > I think you can be partially awakened and not know it.In my case I >realized only after my sudden and very powerful awakening that I >might have been.I used to be so depressed ,have body pains >everywhere, fatigue, get very sick and then I would be completely >cured in 3 days as if I was never sick. Also I would get this >electrical body spasm from my toes to my chest that would wake me up >at night and muscle cramps all over my body as well as well as near >my ribs.Seven years ago I used to have this very stressfull job for >11years working long hours and lack of sleep.I was always afraid >that I would die but it never happened because I think I was >partially awakened all that time.I would get so tired that >everything in front of my eyes would float like I wasn't there it >was so weird.I heard that if you are born psychic you are partially >awakened. As for the healing energy in hands I discovered that I have >that and I can heal myself and others.I discovered this by accident >when I was guided to put both my hands on a very deep puncture wound >on my lower eyelid that my cat did.It was amazing that the pain went >away after 10 min and right away it formed a crust and it looked >almost healed but I think I burned my skin.I don't think I should >have used both hands. > > Love,Nicole > > , " Sarita " ><sarita1969 wrote: > > > > Reading all these accounts makes me wonder something. Guest guest
Someone sent me Reiki until I told them to stop because it was short lived and I heard that it would interfere with K but I believe that if you touch someone else you would take on their karma and you do need permission from them.I have sent energy to 2 people both were requested here on the board and the only people I touched were my children and me.The person who sent me Reiki sent me Kundalini reiki the last time so I can send it to someone elso to heal them. Guest guest
my resting BP is in the near-hypotension range, which can be healthy or a sign of trouble. caffeine boosts it slightly higher, but small or large quantity doesn't make much difference. my breathing pattern is what has really changed, and I'm assuming it's the ability to regulate and supply a larger concentration of oxygen moves the BP lower, as the heart does not have to work as hard. but again, I'm no medical specialist. I am assuming this is part of the goal of, and reason for, pranayama in the yogic disciplines. -brian , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Yes it does have an effect on high B/P. Mine was high.
