Chrism,

I read your response to Sarita's question about the

importance of the Safeties and got much out of it.

Thank you. I also have a questions about the

Safeties.

I understand the Water and Food Choices and Movement

and Programming. Prayer is no problem because I pray

many times daily.

Questions:

The first three safeties (tongue up, eyes up, fingers

in position): are these to be observed when I am

meditating? and just when I'm meditating, right? how

often should I meditate and for how long?

Single Nostril Breathing: do this only if I get hot or

cold?

Compression Prayer/Alternate Nostril Breathing: is

this something I should do once a day?

Forgiveness: once I work through forgiving the people

who have hurt me and forgiving myself for those I have

hurt (which is MUCH harder), do I need to keep

forgiving them and myself over and over again, or can

I consider that done and be able to live without the

guilt anymore? I mean, if I truly work through all

the forgiveness I need to do, then I should be able to

consider it done and over with, right? Or do I need

to keep revisiting it every day? This may sound like

a stupid question, but I really would like some

clarification here.

Thank you very much,

Claudia

@@ Yes do the " locks " as long as you are meditating. But if you are

new to this dont szrain. Bring the eyes up as much as you can. Do

this everytime you meditate or pray. Finger locks and tongue up

everytime you meditate. Through out the meditation.

Tongue up as much as possible when you are not otherwise using it.

IE kissing, eating, talking, whistling. Tongue up as much as

possible through out your day.

Meditation times are optimal at three am. No worries if you do not

or are not able to do it at that time. Meditation lengths are as

long and as deep as you can - eyes up, fingers locked, tongue up.

As long as possible for you in your life at this time. You choose.@@

@@ When you go into the forgivness and gratitude modes allow what

comes to mind to be that which you continuously work on. So, for

example, if you dumped the boyfriend for the sole reason of watching

him suffer over you. Then however many times that comes up do the

forgivness. If something doesnt come to mind then you are through

with it at that time if it reoccurs forgive again but pay attention

and try to see what details of the experience are returning and why.

Then work on those details. Yes eventually one comes to the point of

a smoothed forgivness. This will be reflected in the energetics

diffusion into your systems. Especially in the heart though not

limited to the heart. Levels of sincerety are most important here.

@@ This would depend upon your life and the degree of issues that

arise. This isnt typically done in a day. Remember we are talking

about a lifetime of experience and human interaction. Starting with

the recapitulation and adding names to that list as they arise

because we will not remember everyone in one sitting. Eventually you

will come to feel an inner balance with your life and your actions

and the actions by others upon you from the past. Then as a person

in this world let us actively forgive those daily activities by us

and done to us as we walk the paths of our lives and forgive as we

go.@@
