Hey posse, Chris asked me to post this email I sent to him the other

Haha, I seem to be hanging out with rather a lot of anthropologists

lately, including the girlie... I just went to an awesome concert

Hey I nearly went into samadhi two nights ago, I brought the mind out

of the head (after balancing the flow through the left and right

nostrils) into the throat and I started to feel myself cease to exist!

Then I got really scared and lost it, I'll keep trying though.

Whats your feeling about my trying these Tibetan techniques? they are

really effective (I'm using a commentary called " Clear Light of Bliss "

by Kelsang Gyatso, do you think its a good idea? I remember you talking

about Padmasambhava, do u know any good material from him? I have

been " guided " to read " guide to the middle way " by Chandrakirti,

whoever that it. Guess I oughtta do it.
