Guest guest Posted March 25, 2007 Report Share Posted March 25, 2007 I've been experiencing something in my heart and I'm wondering if this may be energy related or if maybe I should get checked out. (I have two minor leaky valves, and get lightheaded sometimes as a result, but that's not what it has been feeling like) It feels like a pinch or contraction, and its been happening randomly the past four days. I was just wondering if anyone could relate to this. I also experienced a burning sensation in my arm and leg two days ago which only lasted a few moments. I was thankful as it kind of hurt! Also, I've been working on reminding myself to stay conscious and it's been going well. I'm getting inner prompts now, so I feel like I'm making some progress re-training myself. I've been practicing the safeties and doing singing prayer, some meditation when it feels right, and some western yoga. I've also been doing some forgiveness as things come to mind and conscious surrendering. I haven't been following anything strictly, but do something each day. Guest guest Posted March 25, 2007 Report Share Posted March 25, 2007 Jessica, I would suggest that you stop the Tibetans for a time and allow the flow you have to settle in. No rush. Let your heart balance inside this flow without adding more toit. Nice intuition with your practice. Good going with the Yoga. If this fits in with your feelings Jessica these are suggestions only. If the burning gets intense then plug the right nostril and breath through the left nostril only til you cool. Eat the watermelon and watch your levels of irritation and fear and the whole " fight or flee " syndrome, an occurance of the adrenals being Kundalini hyper stimulated. - Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
