Guest guest
I am definately having trouble with food lately. I am nauseated a lot and have little appetite. I also find that I can eat chicken most of the time, but beef has really begun to turn my stomach. I am shocked as I am a steak lover! Yikes. Yesterday I had some Coke and it tasted like battery acid, LOL. Sarita
Guest guest
Hello Sarita, These are clues your Kundalini is giving you. Please pay attention. If you do not feel hungry do not force yourself to eat. If you only feel compelled to eat chicken then that is what you need to eat at this time. Be advised that your diet will be changed by the Kundalini as it will compel you to eat other specific foods in time. Even though these sensations and appetite adjustments are a " certain way " now they will change as the restructuring of your body by the Kundalini infusion continues. So don't fight it and be self aware to what is being given to you as an instruction. - blessings Sarita - chrism Sarita <
Guest guest
I thought Coke was battery acid ;-) Your K will let you know what you need and don't need. I am guessing your nauea may be from the fillers and additives in food. Your K knows what you give it and it may be an indication that you need to go Organic. Try this for a few weeks and see if the nausea subsides or even disappears. Red meat, I have read, clogs up your energy flow in your body, among other things. Pure water and organic, and see what happens. Good luck! Lisa ---- Sarita <sarita1969 wrote: > I am definately having trouble with food lately. I am nauseated a lot > and have little appetite. Guest guest
This gets more fascinating by the day. What an eye opener. It gives me a new appreciation for infants. When they are born they burst forth into this strange world where nothing is familiar and they cope and thrive. Here we are, bursting forth like newborns except things aren't quite as stranger as for babies, but it's a close second I'm finding. I remember joking about giving up peanut butter eggs a few weeks ago. Well, I HAVE lost most of my taste for sweet stuff. I went to my father's for dinner tonight and had a piece of cake for dessert. I ended up feeling quite sick afterwards. Sorry, I am just tickled by all the changes that keep happening. Sarita
Guest guest
Coke can take the finish off furniture from what I hear... Actually, I work at a doctors office and the drug reps bring us lunch every day. We get all kinds of oddball stuff and I have been finding that most of it turns my stomach lately. Let's just say, I haven't been eating very much. I may just start bringing my own lunch. Guest guest
Refined sugars, simply put, are just poison, and are viewed as such by the body (insulin is the agent body produces against the perceived poisoning). So, if you don't want it - it's great. For most of us it often requires engagement of will-power On 30 Mar 2007 19:36:27 -0700, Sarita <sarita1969 wrote: > > This gets more fascinating by the day.
