Reading some posts I can only say " wow, exciting and awesome for beginners " , e.g. Sherri's experience. I'll try to read more posts to help me understand. A few words about me: I was diagnosed Parkinson's Disease back in 1999 and said to myself 'if life tosses you lemons you better start making lemonade'. I started to read about selfhealing and 18 months ago I got healing energy from India. I was overwhelmed with emotion. For me it was like a miracle. Then I learnt to send energy and have been able to help others which makes me very happy. Mentally I am healed, however, physcally there is still a lot to do. But I'll manage it. It is so much easier to heal others. My first question: I woke up one night in January with a feeling of blissful sensation. While the energy was rushing through my body there was a kind of lightning under my eyelids. It was an extraordinary experience for me. I didn't quite know what had happened. Ever since I am experiencing blissful shudders vibrating my entire body. Can you tell me what exactly happend? Sorry, my post got a it long...
