Yes, isn't this interesting!? Definitely different than what I've had

before. Your experience sounds amazing and startling at the same

time. I don't know if I could actually do it when it comes to it but

I'd try to hold the thought, " Go with the flow " but please go with

what says. I don't know if that is safe or OK. I'm sure I'd

feel just like you are and will when I experience it for the first

time. Yet it is something I want to experience. And hopefully get

comfortable with. Even better than lucid dreaming!!

 

You are doing fantastic, Sarita.

 

You know, I have noticed I don't have so many dreams right now. I'm

lucky if I remember the one just before waking. And the odd one I

remember from last night makes no sense at all. Little black dots

floating in space. That was it! Huh??

 

We're moving on...

Yes, it is amazing and startling. But I am rapidly adapting to all the

changes I am feeling. At least my husband doesn't think I'm nuts! It

is wonderful to be able to tell him all my experiences and have his

support. That makes it 10 times easier for me.

 

Last night I almost got in a panic when I heard the " bees " , but I just

calmed myself and went with it. I can't even describe it, but I can

say that I wanted to go back to bed this morning and do it again

instead of going to work, LOL!

 

Very hard to concentrate this week, but still no need for pain

medicine! That in itself is a miracle for me that I am so grateful

for. I don't know if it will last, but I am enjoying not being in a

Vicodin fog all the time. Now I am in a K fog instead, LOL.

 

Take care Valarie! I know you will do well here, you are such a
