Thank you so much for your feedback, Chrism. I have some knowledge of

Hatha Yoga but don't know what White H.Y. is. Tried looking it up

online with no success. What is it and how is it different from just

HY? I do love yoga and feel better after doing it than any of the so-

called fitness routines that gyms do. Will do the HY I know for now.

Ooo, I just got a nice pulsating feeling in my back from the top of my

hips to above my shoulder blades! Very nice.

Also meant to say I'm not sleeping soundly these days. That's probably

normal, isn't it? I usually sleep like a log, have a dozen vivid dreams

a night (ask Sarita!) but lately it's light, I wake 3 or so times in

the night (so NOT me!) and no dreams but a few nonsensical things I

can't even put into words. A general light and foggy feeling, a bit

like the sleep you have when you have a fever (I don't). Not my usual

pattern.

Thank you. And I wish you well, by the way... " healing thoughts " being

sent your way.

Thank you for your kind thoughts and loving gestures, they are most

appreciated. Please give the healing ones to those who you meet in

person during your life journey and back up that healing vibe with an

action of kindness if you can do so. This is a very important aspect

of the Kundalini - engaging in the helpfulness and service of others

in " real time " .

Hatha Yoga will be fine and yes do the forms that you are familiar

with but on both sides of the body. -
