Dear Ruth,

How interesting your exprience is........

Hope one day I will have similar exprience too.

But I have started trodding this path only recently and so I guess I

have a long way to go.I also found this group recently though my

research on kundalini has been for a few months.And I am glad to

find an old friend already in the group.
