Guest guest
Don't know if anyone here can answer this, but thought I would ask. My daughter is 2 years old. She has been able to see my dead grandmother since she was about 1. Two days ago at bedtime she said " Maggie " which is the name of my beagle that passed away over a year ago. My daughter really had no interaction with her as she was an infant and didn't know her name. She told me that Maggie was up above her crib in a red bed and that she sleeps there at night. I asked her what color Maggie was and she said blue. Then I asked her what color our current dog is and she said red (she's brown). She also told my husband Maggie was in the room the next day and last night when I put her to bed she again told me Maggie was there in her red bed. She consistenly says that Maggie appears blue to her and is very firm about this. Any thoughts on this? I would like to encourage her natural gifts too, so any suggestions would be appreciated. Young children start out very open to the universe - seeing spirits, auras, etc... To them it is just a natural thing that they don't even think about. The ignorance of others and the dogmas of society tend to close down these abilities and then at some time later in life we spend the greater part of our lives trying to " relearn " that which comes naturally to children. When my daughter was little she would always talk about the owl that was up in the corner of her room. It was nothing scary to her - it just was what it was. I hope that helps. Guest guest
When she gets a little older you should teach her energy control. Maby e she can keep these ability's if she starts young I am not sure. From what i have read children do not have blockages and they can also see ghosts and such very easily, try manipulating energy when she is in the room and see if she can see it. , " davedorgan " <david.dorgan wrote: > > , " Sarita " > <sarita1969@> wrote: > > > > Don't know if anyone here can answer this, but thought I would > ask. > > My daughter is 2 years old. Guest guest
I suggest you support her discriptions and encourage her to be aware of the presence of entities good and bad. This will help her develop control later in life and allow her to partake of both worlds as we all can do. - My take - chrism Sarita <sarita1969 wrote: Don't know if anyone here can answer this, but thought I would ask. Guest guest
Chrism, as always -thank you for the excellent advice! Something bothers me when I hear about " bad " entities---though I have witnessed many entities that appeared " bad " at first. I quickly erase my fear and judgement about them. Then I approach them with love and compassion: ie: in a helping spirit, they no longer seemed " bad " . Not one of them! Maybe it's the years of being a RN in a psych ward, and as a caring a Martial Arts teacher also. Or, perhaps it's the other way around--because of something that happened before this present embodiment of mine that has caused me to become an RN and a caring Martial Arts teacher, more interested in helping others to become full and complete; putting my own personal gain practically out of the picture. You see, I personally would feel bad about teaching a child about bad entities. I'd rather have her tell me about the entities first, and tell me how she feels about them. I just feel like sometimes adults were told at an early age of 'bad' entities at a young age and then perhaps live in fear of their gifts....then perhaps lose them. I was never told of bad entities as a child. I just met them and explored them. I hope this makes sense and does not sound like some kind of challenge to other's thinking. I'm really just thinking aloud! Many Blessings to you all, and to your Precious Daughter, Sarita! :) Stephen C. , chrism <> wrote: > > I suggest you support her discriptions and encourage her to be aware of the presence of entities good and bad. Guest guest
Bad entities are often a test of the very principles you describe. So when a Bad entity shows up for a child they can be given the instruction you have just related. Bad being equal to scary or mean or loud or whatever. So by teaching a young child about what the " Bad " entity is really about the child then can realize that " its not so bad " and move on from there this is how a development of control is established and by control I am referring to our own fears and judgments. - Blessings Stephen - chrism

Guest guest
Thank you both for your opinions, what you say makes a lot of sense. I want to encourage her gifts from now rather than have her lose and relearn them. I was wondering if Maggie's spirit is blue which is why my daughter keeps telling me she appears blue. It is sometimes hard to get accurate info out of a 2 year old, LOL! But she is well spoken fo her age and knows all her colors well. Guest guest
Hi Sarita, I have 2 daughters, 4-1/2 and 3, who show signs of this kind of awareness also. And like you, I'm wondering how best to encourage the gifts when our society doesn't exactly embrace the differences they show. As for the spirit appearing blue, from my own experience, I have seen an entity appear as a purple ball of light and also another as a yellow ball of light, so I think it's very possible she appears as blue to your little girl. I don't know the reason for the colors, just know what I saw. I'm curious, you say she knows her colors well. My oldest also shows an unusual interest in colors and especially those of the rainbow. Since she was about your daughter's age, she has insisted that everything be in what she calls " rainbow order " and follow the ROYGBIV format of the visible spectrum. However she sometimes also adds a few colors at the top end (after violet). I never encouraged this fascination, she has just always known it. Everything she paints or colors always has a " correct " rainbow somewhere in it. She and my younger daughter occasionally talk to a couple of " friends " I can't see, and have described these friends as having the form of a colored shape, like a triangle or rectangle. Although at other times they've described them as looking like a person. Anyway... I try to encourage their imagination by being a good listener and asking questions, but I worry about when my oldest starts school this year for obvious reasons! love & light ~Jen~ , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > Thank you both for your opinions, what you say makes a lot of sense. > I want to encourage her gifts from now rather than have her lose and > relearn them. Guest guest
Hi Jen! I understand your worries about your daughter starting school. I was just thinking of the same thing and how to handle it. What I thought was that I will explain to her that she has a special gift that not everyone has or understands. That way when someone makes fun of her or disbelieves her she will not be surprised. I already told her that Mommy doesn't see Maggie and asked her to say Hi for me. That way she knows that I believe her even though I don't see what she sees. Guest guest
Polarity exists inside belief structures. I'm speaking more of the subtle yet present varieties that merge with Good vs Evil. Those like: Take it or leave it. Stay or go. Believe or not. The problem many have with religious structure is the inherent inability, in many, to allow outside or personal experience to influence the belief. Unless it conforms to the strict dogma of the religion. As children we go to where our parents take us and believe what we are told for a certain amount of time before the rebellion sets in. We become imprinted with what we ,at such early ages, are exposed to. This is as you decided it should be, imho. You chose the life, the body, the parents, the time zone, the civilization. You also chose the expanding pattern of probabilities that you would encounter in this life. The options you would choose from. Life's menu. The most certain menu choices were made before you had the ability to choose for yourself in a body. I say this to say that the Kundalini will bring up the early childhood imprints. Those born to Christianity will see and experience Christian features, the same with Buddha, Allah, Huna, atheist, you name it. These aspects of early childhood are just as important as the state of life you are in right now and the K will expound these traits and experiences. They are not imaginary or phantom features, they are real. Christ, Allah, Buddha, Quan Yin, Mary, Zoroaster, Ahura Mazda, Zeus, Ra, Krishna they all are real and exist. This is a Kundalini teaching telling us that not all is as the five senses tell us or that our mind and beta thought patterns present to us. Inside an awakening of the Kundalini these entities can visit you. In real time wakfull life. Sounds nuts but its true. The bad ones can too and we can bless them for the teachings they offer in reverse. They all represent the " Polarity teachings. " Once you understand this you can then move on into one-ness. Religions and the icons of religion, are teachers and deserve our respect, as do those following them. What ever the scenario people are learning at the rate that is best for them at the time in their life that they can learn. Physical plane isn't easy and isn't meant to be. Spirit is very expansive and has much to teach and offer. In many ways it is unlimited so be nice in your thoughts and opinions as they are also actions. Be respectful and encompassing in your love and respect. For the " All that Is " is you, and you are it. - chrism
Guest guest
Thanks for this chrism. I am respectful of others' belief systems, but others are not as respectful of mine. Most of the time I just keep quiet, especially around family who are entrenched within the church/religious system. I'd love to speak to them about my own truths, but they'd send me to the nearest psych ward. So... I will of course teach my girls to be respectful of others. I just really hope they won't be ostracized in the area where we'll live again soon (TN) because of what they do/don't believe in. love & light ~Jen~ , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Polarity exists inside belief structures. Guest guest
Jen, I wish you so much luck in your endeavor. I grew up in TN, am familiar with areas around Nashville and Chattanooga/Knoxville and definitely know the mindset there. A big part of why I moved out west, actually. Tenn. is such a beautiful place, stunning really (Oh how I miss woods, waterfalls, creek frogs and fireflies!) but I couldn't live within the strict churchy expectations. I am raising my own daugher in a much more enlightened spiritual way than I was (fundamental church). I try to respect others beliefs also as we all must travel our own path according to our understanding. I don't want anyone telling me what path I should follow. So you are brave and I send you encouragement in this. Change can begin with one. There are beginnning to be others in the South who have more progressive ideas so they are there and I hope through this medium you are able to find them as there is power in numbers and who doesn't need a support group especially when you are surrounded by the Christian majority?! I wish you all the best and I think you WILL find others of like mind, just keep looking. I so applaud you for bringing your daughter up in such a way! Many of the new children are getting this opportunity that wasn't even considered when I was growing up. Blessings, Jen, Valarie Expecting? Get great news right away with email Auto-Check. Guest guest
Thank you for the support and encouragement Valarie! It is indeed east Tennessee I'm referring to, so it's nice to know that someone can relate. I will definitely try to connect with others of like or similar mind if I can find them... hehe... as I do think it will help. I'm glad that I have my own awareness so that I can at least give my daughters a good start at home. And I will support them in whatever they choose to believe when they're old enough to make those kind of decisions themselves, because as you said, we all must find our own path. Guest guest
One really good thing, though, is in that area there is still untouched, quiet nature that you can get yourself to so you can think and meditate. My favorite quiet place was on Chilhowee Mountain and the walk to Benton Falls. Didn't pass many people on that hike. The woods are wonderful, take advantage of that! Guest guest
You're right! And we'll be very near to the mountains, which I love. I've always felt a special connection being in the woods, specifically with the sound of the wind blowing through the trees. I look forward to getting back to that slightly slower pace where I can enjoy that again. love & light ~Jen~ , Valarie Vousden <vjvousden wrote: > > One really good thing, though, is in that area there is still untouched, quiet nature that you can get yourself to so you can think and meditate. Guest guest
Very interesting thread. somehow I missed the whole thing all the way back to Sarita's original post. The discussion about the christian religion in Tenn, has helped me much to understand my husband in a diffeent light and can now see where he is coming from. He grew up having Christian religion forced upon him. When he rebelled, he turned from anything that is of a spiritual nature. He now states he is an atheist. I can now more understand why my husband freaked out so when I became a christian. He went berserk and put a gun to my head. LOL! I lived through that one. I was not taught any religion through my parents. They were too busy making a living to have time for religion, I suppose. I was taught good manners and the difference between good and bad actions...hehe! I can vaguely remember my grandmother telling me that God loves me once, but that's about it.
