When my K is active, I often experience tingling and energy movement in

my left foot and leg. I get it in both legs but it is most predominant

in the left and often only in the left. I have also read similar

things online. I am a relative newby, active for 5 months so I have no

idea why the left. Chrism?

Well it depends. Not just any tingling will do. More of a clue is a sudden

blackening of the left big toenail and toe. No pain but vibrations and that

visual clue can be a sure indication. Not saying this isn't happening to you

Zappy but from a generalized point of view a tingly leg should be given more

time and consistency of phenomena. -
