thank you for the reply about hands.

I am working on the tibetan rites and safeties and also accept your

comments about self worth as something i must consider more carefully .

It is something i have had to work on before .Much harder than

forgiveness for me at least .

im attempting to read posts but have nothing to report myself except i

did see a big purple eye as i awoke once recently .

Im glad to see im not the only mature person here working to straighten

out the spine.To the lady with difficulties with the stretches i'd like

to say that when i started yoga i could not stand still or on one leg

and had cramp and some pain most of the time . One day i looked back

and found id had no pain for a week and not noticed ! They say

Christopher Reeve had a wonderful aura after he was paralysed so

physical perfection is not all there is .
