Guest guest
Hello Zappy, As I didn't write that " clip " off a post, I have no meaning for it. If you read the whole post you will see that the person is referring to the straightening of the spine. And that they are perhaps intimating that as we age and may be given to years and decades of postures that encourage an over expression of spinal curvature in specific ways, in driving or sitting at a desk for instance a certain curvature of the spine can occur over the years. As we come into a practice for Kundalini the spine will want to be straight but only in the idea that it does have an inherent curve to it, a natural curve, and this may be what is being observed by the person who wrote the post. But to be sure.......ask them! - lol - chrism zappy3491 <zappy3491 wrote: " Im glad to see im not the only mature person here working to straighten " Just wondering what you mean by this , " elizabeth931665 " <cosmichealer1 wrote: > > thank you for the reply about hands. > I am working on the tibetan rites and safeties and also accept your > comments about self worth as something i must consider more carefully . > It is something i have had to work on before .Much harder than > forgiveness for me at least . > im attempting to read posts but have nothing to report myself except i > did see a big purple eye as i awoke once recently . > Im glad to see im not the only mature person here working to straighten > out the spine. To the lady with difficulties with the stretches i'd like > to say that when i started yoga i could not stand still or on one leg > and had cramp and some pain most of the time .
