Thank you, Stephen,

I get a lot of exercise, but my current pursuits in

that regard are geared toward leg/back strength and

cardiovascular workout(riding my bicycle hard 5 times

a week) and building muscle in/slimming my midsection.

I have not been doing stretching exercises like I

used to as recently as my late 40s. I am finding that

the last 4 Tibetans are geared nicely toward

stretching and creating flexibility, and I enjoy them

and obviously need them. I have also just received a

QiGong video and hope that will help to build my

flexibility as well as balance the acupuncture

meridians.

My problem is motion sickness. It's been a curse

since I was a child and used to get very car sick. I

don't throw up every time I go somewhere in a car

anymore, LOL, but I cannot sail and I cannot fly in a

small airplane. AND, I definitely cannot ride roller

coasters and other amusement park rides!! So,

spinning is problemmatic for me. However, when I spun

tonight with my eyes closed except to keep myself

oriented every few seconds, I did NOT get nauseated,

so that is a promising sign.

Thank you for your kind words about my

persistence...you are right that inducing regular OBEs

was a big challenge and took me a couple of years off

and on (and three months of daily practice) to

accomplish. So, I look at this as just another

challenge! Just a different reward...

I'm sorry about your depression and glad that it is

gone now. I have a feeling that the K will help you

to lose the extra weight added due to the SSRIs and

anxiolytics. I imagine you are doing just the right

thing to use the alternate exercises to start!

Thanks again and love and light to you, too, Stephen!

If I may comment Stephen and Claudia,

This sense of

feeling as if you don't belong is a typical response to the effect of an

incoming change or a change of certain magnitude. This will pass as you begin to

realize that there is no place that you don't belong. It is " all " yours as you

take off the blinders of what is expected or known, and unfold into what " is. "

Thank you Claudia

Since I found this group I have managed to get off of the SSRI's and the

tranquilizers. I have started a regular exercise program which is yoga

including the Tibetans and walking.

I am enjoying my self more although I don't feel that I fit in anywhere.

I know that will pass because I have gone through it years ago when I

started to meditate.

Peace and Blessings
