Guest guest
Please be aware of your emotional reaction to the Kundalini even of just reading about it here. Remember the amplification of reactions of an emotional nature. Watch that " quick to anger " relfex. It can get really quick so please be thinking about this through out your day as you interact with others. -
Guest guest
Thanks chrism I am starting to have a problem with anger again. I always catch myself before I react to it, and I always find the emotional spot where forgiveness is required. The last time I had this problem you told me it was a problem with forgiveness and you were right. It turned out to be a grudge I was holding from many years ago. I hadn't forgiven the person, and I had completely forgotten about it. Then I found I had to forgive myself for the anger I had toward innocent people when the rage from that block came up. I have no doubt that I will eventualy find the one that is creating the anger I have now. From reading the posts here I have learned that I am low in my development, but I am growing more every day. I am glad I have a safe haven here with people who are on the same path. I have love and compassion for everyone I meet these days. IMHO that is a great change from when I was younger, and I am at peace most of the time, and feel real bliss when I am meditating. Love Peace and Blessings to all; Stephen O. chrism wrote: > > Please be aware of your emotional reaction to the Kundalini even of > just reading about it here. Guest guest
That was me yesterday! I had awful thoughts about everyone and was in a terrible mood. Today was a lot better. Guest guest
Hi Stephen, It seems to me that you are not giving yourself enough credit. I think you are further along than you think. : ) Sarita , Stephen <stephen_1952 wrote: > > From reading the posts here I have learned that I am low in my > development, but I am growing more every day.
