Guest guest
Hello Stephen, I must say that there is really no " high " or " low " in our development here as we all come to the table with different backgrounds. An apple grows differently than an orange and so forth. But both use the Sun. Both come from a tree. We are similar and different at once but to compare yourself to " others " may not be the most appropriate way of describing your development because nobody else is you or has come through the journey that you have and are upon. You are you and completely unique and individual when it comes to the expression and experience of your development. I feel you moving very well. - Stephen <stephen_1952 wrote: Thanks chrism I am starting to have a problem with anger again. I always catch myself before I react to it, and I always find the emotional spot where forgiveness is required. The last time I had this problem you told me it was a problem with forgiveness and you were right. It turned out to be a grudge I was holding from many years ago. I hadn't forgiven the person, and I had completely forgotten about it. Then I found I had to forgive myself for the anger I had toward innocent people when the rage from that block came up. I have no doubt that I will eventualy find the one that is creating the anger I have now. From reading the posts here I have learned that I am low in my development, but I am growing more every day. I am glad I have a safe haven here with people who are on the same path. I have love and compassion for everyone I meet these days. IMHO that is a great change from when I was younger, and I am at peace most of the time, and feel real bliss when I am meditating. Guest guest
Thanks again Chrism I believe you are right I can only follow my path, and where I am on that path is unique. I will try to remember that when I start to feel insecure. With the help of the groups posts I have gotten over many hurdles if you could call them that. If I had found a group like this around 20 years ago I might not have had shock therapy, but I wouldn't be the person I am now. It must have been necessary for my development. I have learned so much from the experience.
