Guest guest
Thank you group for your great feedback on posts. I wanted to ask about falling. I took a nasty fall today at the grocery store, caused bruising on my arm and my hurts because of the impact. How or will this aggravate the K? I am going to incorporate some of the more mild Kundalini yoga and Hatha today in hopes to help calm my back. blessings lisa
Guest guest
I personally am not sure, K should HELP heal anything that does happen after you fall though. , Leshya <pleiades69 wrote: > > Thank you group for your great feedback on posts. > I wanted to ask about falling. Guest guest
I know trauma to the spine can awaken the Kundalini (like when I broke my lumbar spine) but once you start activating, does that still hold true? I thought once it was awake, that was it. I'd like to know the answer to this. I hope you feel better Lisa! Speedy healing your way. Guest guest
No aggravation imho, falls occur, as to scratches and bumps and scrapes and twistings and sprains. They all occur and we learn. Kundalini, aside from healing it quicker, shouldn't be affected imho. -
Guest guest
This depends on whether it is partial or full inside the activation. If it is full and already in progress it is difficult to undo and in this case I would say yes you cant put the genie back in the bottle - blessings Sarita - chrism Sarita <sarita1969 wrote: I know trauma to the spine can awaken the Kundalini (like when I broke my lumbar spine) but once you start activating, does that still hold true? Guest guest
Lisa, I know this is a late response and I do apologize, however, I hope you are okay! I am sorry to hear that you took a nasty fall! As for the impact it will have on K, I don't know that it will or won't. I myself are in the early stages of learning and I sense that it is a life time of learning. I am sending many Blessings your way!
