Guest guest
Stephen, reading this now that it's posted, I realize that I left out some of my thoughts; let me try again: If this were my dream, I would feel that I need to express myself more, particularly my insights. Seeing your own tongue in a dream means either that you've said too much or that you need to express yourself; since it started with loose skin on the tongue that you wanted to pull off, I tend to lean toward needing to speak up. (You pulled your tongue out, telling yourself literally to 'spit it out.') Lungs can signify insight, creativity and inspiration. The fact that your tongue and esophogas (organs used to speak) came out with your lungs attached leads me to believe that you are reluctant to express yourself and you should speak up more and share your insights. OK, I feel better about that. LOL. Guest guest
You're very kind, Stephen, to make that nice comment about my view of your dream, but perhaps I over-thought it. Looks like the most logical meaning was the right one! I'm sorry to hear you are sick but it sounds like the infection has been caught early, and I hope you'll be well soon! Clajdia --- " Stephen O. Guest guest
Hello again, Stephen, I'm wondering...have I missed something? What is the 'breathing exercise' you and refer to? Is it the compression prayer? I'm doing that, but is there something else? Thanks! Claudia --- " Stephen O. " <stephen_1952 wrote: > It is hard for me to keep my tung up due to a > partial plate. Guest guest
That is an interesting concept. I think it was a warning since this morning I woke up and it seemed like I was coughing my lungs out. I found out I have bronchitis a bronchial infection. I guess it was a warning but before the symptoms started to show. Guest guest
It is hard for me to keep my tung up due to a partial plate. I noticed there is a gap in the front just near my front teeth where I can place my tung. I have developed a habit and my tung is touching there all the time. If I don't keep my tung up I get headaches. As for the breathing exercises I have been slipping. If I had kept up with the breathing exercises I might not have got the bacterial infection in my bronchial tubes. Peace and blessings. chrism wrote: > > I would say that it is a communication for you to keep the tongue up > and to do the breathing exercises. - my take - chrism > > > > > --- " Stephen O. Guest guest
Thanks Claudia This doesn't mean that you are wrong. Who knows what is coincidence. And what are the facts in dream land. I am rather tight lipped when I comes to sharing incites, or any other thing that is personal. This group with all the loving people are helping me learn how communicate with others more openly. It is also a place where I can talk about my experiences without being ridiculed. When I told some people what I believed they had me committed. Love and blessings Stephen O. Guest guest
The most beneficial breathing I believe is the complete breath, though I believe was referring to compression prayer breathing. Alternate nostril breathing balances ida and pingala. Ida is the female energy associated with cold and connected from the base chakra to the left nostril. Pingala is the male energy on the right side and is associated with heat and connected from the base chakra to the right nostril. And with the mantra it keeps your mind on spiritual things while you do it, and it also gives you a rhythm to do the breathing exercise. That is why when you feel like you are burning you block your right nostril and breath through your left only it cools you down. If you are cold you block your left nostril and breath through your right and this heats you up. I believe this cold or heat is caused by an imbalance in ida and pingala and the single nostril breathing re balances the energy in ida and pingala so you feel normal instead of hot or cold. That is my reasoning any way (Big Hug) Love and peace; Stephen O. Claudia Lambright wrote: > > Hello again, Stephen, > I'm wondering...have I missed something? Guest guest
Stephen, do you really mean that someone had you committed?! I'm not asking for the details, but if it is true, I am heartsick to hear that. God bless you, Stephen! An experience like that would make anyone tight-lipped. I have been meaning to ask you, because I met you first in the OBE group, how did you come to join this group? Did you get some sort of indication that your Kundalini was stirring or awakening...or did you choose to join the group in hopes to start the process? I've forgotten whether you were a frequent astral projector...perhaps that practice led to an awakening, as it did for me? If you feel comfortable sharing that, I'd like to know. Blessings & love to you, Stephen! Claudia --- " Stephen O. " <stephen_1952 wrote: > Thanks Claudia > > This doesn't mean that you are wrong. Who knows what > is coincidence. Guest guest
Yes that is true. I was depressed so my family doctor referred me to a psychiatrist. He asked me if I could hear voices, and if I knew what other people were thinking. I answered honestly as I could do those things all my life. The next thing I knew I was in the psyche ward having shock therapy. Having the electricity passing though my brain shut everything down. I lost my gifts which are starting to come back now. I remember when I used to clear my mind while going to sleep. Some times I would be thinking about someone and I would hear their voice. I just let it happen, and the next day I would ask why did you tell so and so about such and such. I used to get a kick out of it because they became embarrassed, and I knew I really heard them. Now if this ability comes back I will use a better way of checking. The way I am now I would feel bad if I embarrassed any one. Love and peace Stephen O. Guest guest
I pity the people who did that to you. It is sad that you had to go through that, but it must have been for a reason. Certainly your story is an inspiration to others. I'm glad that your gifts have come back and that you are using them in a more positive way. Thank you for sharing your story with us, you are a real blessing! Sarita , " Stephen O. " <stephen_1952 wrote: > > Yes that is true. Guest guest
Hello Sarita I have already forgiven these people, and I wouldn't wish any harm to them in any way. I have to agree with you that it had to be for a reason. I didn't post my message to turn anyone against the medical profession. Just so people could learn from my experience and be more cautious with what you say to doctors. Some of them are open minded and open to alternative treatments. After 15 years on SSRI's and diazapam. I met a doctor who was a Buddhist. Instead of giving me more SSRI's he taught me how to meditate, and after I found the group I worked up my courage to get my doctor to withdraw me from my anti-depressants. Now I am calm, peaceful, and happy. Although 15 years of drugs that are harmful to your body, and no physical exercise leaves a person in poor physical condition. With a group of loving people to communicate with, and an exercise program including the 5 Tibetans. My physical condition will change quickly. Already people are asking me if I am loosing weight. Love and blessings Stephen O. Sarita wrote: > > I pity the people who did that to you. It is sad that you had to go > through that, but it must have been for a reason. Guest guest
You are right Stephen, not all in the medical profession are closed minded. I actually saw a therapist after my accident that is very open to spiritual pursuits and questioned me about increase in psychic activity. I felt comfortable sharing a bit with him after he told me that he used to regularly OBE! He has such a presence about him and now that I think of it, I wonder if he is K active? Hmmmm... Guest guest
Sarita, You and Stephen are right there are some medical professionals who are open minded like Judith Orloff. She not only is a medical professional by trade, but also has extraordinary gifts and is an author. She talks about how others even in her own profession have trouble believing the paranormal. Anyway, I think after reading the experiences others have had that I would opt not to tell very many. I would be extremely selective to say the least and I don't think I would even consider medical assistance. Just a thought. Love, Katherine Sarita <sarita1969 wrote: You are right Stephen, not all in the medical profession are closed minded. Guest guest
I agree with you Katherine! I did tell him about my precognitive dreams before my accident (which I have proof of) and that I had an OOB experience after a dream about my accident, but I stopped short of telling him that my spirit guide warned me of the accident and that I frequently have conversations with her. I don't trust any medical professional with THAT much info, LOL! Sarita , Katherine Miller <katsam19 wrote: > > Sarita, > > You and Stephen are right there are some medical professionals who are open minded like Judith Orloff. > > Love, > Katherine > > Sarita <sarita1969 wrote: > You are right Stephen, not all in the medical profession are closed > minded.
