Guest guest
Yes a field has been extended. My apologies for not communicating that. I got a bit behind in the mails. Yes dietary adjustments will be initiated but by the Kundalini in regards to what kind of food and how much food is to be ingested. Coffee and caffeine can cause disturbances in the adrenals and kidneys. This can lead to exaggerated forms of fear. I advise people to avoid MSG and nicotine, and white processed sugars and flours. Aspartame can do a number on the newly awakened so I advise against its ingestion as well as the sodium saccarhines. Cane sugars and less refined sugars as well as fruit and vegetable sugars seem to go well. Watermelon is very beneficial. The Kundalini will determine your protean requirements - blessings Claudia - chrism` Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: Hello, Chrism, I'm just wondering if you have extended your scatterfield to me yet. I am also waiting to hear your answer to my question about your comment to me that diet was included in the 'cleansing inside and out' aspect of the K practice, when you get a moment. Thank you, Chrism, I know you're busy, so just when you get a moment, I'd appreciate it. Claudia ________ No need to miss a message. Get email on-the-go with Mail for Mobile. Guest guest
Dear Chrism, Thank you so much for the confirmation. I felt a sudden mild jolt in my right kidney as I was meditating yesterday as well as some mild vibrations in various parts of the body, and was hoping those were some indications of activity. Thank you also for some specifics about diet. I noticed you mentioned nicotine; yesterday marked 3 months since I quit smoking, so I am blessed to have that potential irritant removed. I am also not drinking any alcohol and will promptly stop drinking the one cup of coffee a day that I used to. I have already upped my intake of water. Watermelon is delicious and I will gladly begin eating it! I am very happy to be on the path and enjoying the new 'lifestyle' that seems to follow the commitment and the faithful observation of the practices and the Tibetans. Now, if I can just get over the nausea after the 1st Tibetan! Blessings & love to you, Chrism, Claudia --- chrism <> wrote: > Yes a field has been extended. My apologies for not > communicating that. Guest guest
If you still need energy replace your coffee with this. http://www.abc-of-yoga.com/pranayama/advanced/bhastrika.asp , Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: > > Dear Chrism, Thank you so much for the confirmation. > I felt a sudden mild jolt in my right kidney as I was > meditating yesterday as well as some mild vibrations > in various parts of the body, and was hoping those > were some indications of activity. > > Thank you also for some specifics about diet. Guest guest
Heh! Well Christopher (zappy), I do admire and embrace your enthusiasm. But before one goes into a great rush and activates prematurely let us also focus with strong intention and desire the ability to balance our emotional body first. Otherwise you can invite an experience you, as a personality, are not prepared to have. Bhastrika or bellows breath isn't to be played with or used as the morning dose of coffee. I would rather have you drink the coffee! lol. -
Guest guest
Thanks, Zappy, giving up one cup of coffee a day has had negligible effect on me. Don't need a replacement, but thanks for the thought!
