Big HUG, Stephen. Thanks for sharing this. Love, dhyana

*************

Dhyana and Most Blessed Group!

I've been doing this a while, I like it!

As a martial artist I thought I had good balance.

Chemotherapy took

all of that good stuff away for some time. It seemed the

balance was

going to be away for life!

Then I stumbled across and this group (pun

intended)! :)

After a month or 2 of Tibetans I was up on a ladder (about

15 feet)

working on roof gutters. I then realized that the 1st

Tibetan had

given me the balance I had hoped to get from 35 years of

martial

arts! If you want to improve balance, you gotta challenge

it.

So the Tibetans have marvelous side effects other than

Kundalini

activation!

I agree with Dhyana...I " de-focus my eyes " ...kinda look

down.

Works like a charm! Been doing it all about a 11 months

now.

Good things are happening in my life. I'm sure Tibetans,

Chrism (et

al) guidance has been the cause.

I am grateful!

Thanks to all of you for your advice, I hope my

contributions help

someone!

Blessings,

:):):)
