I was relieved to see tibetan twirling causing others to stagger also so i dont need to ask about that . Stephen that feeling of not fitting in describes perfectly the way i feel from time to time so i wonder if its something quite usual.I used to feel depressed but the good news is it gradually ceased some time ago and i feel contented most of the time although i find riotous joy a bit out of reach still fot the moment . Chrism i have kept my hands to myself since you advised it although i still continue to well wish those around me and pray for all to find healing and peace .The tingling in the right hand is less but the left palm still has a mind of its own . I have yet to read the files but do know about kundalini from a hindu friend and now see what a scatterfield is . I will find a photo to upload and it will be my intent to have kundalini , to be open and receptive , use the safeties as best i can and serve others as best i can when im able . Should i practise the tibetans, safeties etc , read the files and wait until you feel im ready chrism ?I would prefer to take things steadily ,although i gather kundalini has a mind of her own .its just that i have had a hot rear end for some years which im now beginning to think was no accident but possibly trapped energy .I do wonder if self realization was meant to take place when that started but the path was blocked .Maybe what you do chrism is remind us , teach us something quite as acceptable and normal as walking , speaking and talking . However that takes nothing away from the value of the teacher and the importance of finding the right one .
