Guest guest
Another treatment I do for myself at times though not so much these days is to breath deep and slow through pursed lips as if your whistling in reverse. There is a minor chakra that get stimulated by the Kundalini in each center of the upper and lower lips. As Kundalini comes up to the face these chakras can begin to force your lips to purse anyway. As the action of pursing is initiated during the inhale the prana coming in is activated as it passes through these two chakras. Its like an oral prana activation gate. So as you slowly breath in - lips pursed with Kundalini - the lungs are filled with an activated form of prana. This is like " prana bursting " . As you exhale the the prana stays but the positive ionic activity leaves going into the environment as a blessing. Couple this with the prayer used in the compression series and you have a powerful self healing treatment. " Stephen O. " <stephen_1952 wrote: Thanks Chrism I will do as you say. That will be like breathing into the chakras only the lungs are easier to visualize. Guest guest
Thanks again I tried the first and I became tired. I slept for a couple of hours and I already feel better. I have also left a note in my daily routines to do the breathing. I don't know how I got away from it. Many blessings Stephen O. chrism wrote: > > Another treatment I do for myself at times though not so much these > days is to breath deep and slow through pursed lips as if your > whistling in reverse.
