Guest guest
Hello, EKO! I'm hoping it's for the better! Stephen O. says he may be losing weight, are you, too? My metabolism slowed WAY down after having a baby at 41 and neither diet nor exercise seems to be helping. So if there is something working for anyone here, I'd LOVE to know what it is! I'm getting desperate to get my old self back! Or a new self that's even better maybe? Love to all, Valarie , " \[\[E \[\[K \[\[O\]\] " <gorenaire wrote: > > Hi n everyone, > > Would love to hear about metabolism experience from > any of you guys. > > Thx much. > > Eko > > > > ____________________ ______________ > Bored stiff? Guest guest
For me it has been a changeable situation. I sometimes run up mountains. I of course stop and rest but the whole idea strikes me as interesting at other times I am still. The metabolism at the beginning of a Kundalini event will go through many different frequencies and you may feel you " are just not right " . You are fine and all aspects of the body are being rewired and this will include all the ductless glands. These glands are very much associated with the hormonal production and modulation of these chemical mechanisms and they will present upon the person in ways that are reflective of metabolic anomalies or changes. No worries just go with it for a time. If a certain area persists let me know andofcourseseeamedicalpersonifneededbutdonttellthemaboutkundalinioracceptssridru\ gtherapies. Typically the Kundalini will re balance these areas but your complete surrender to the process is very important. Surrender your control of your body and its functioning to the Kundalini she will not hurt you. - Recent Activity 10 New Members 26 New Photos 2 New Files Visit Your Group Ads on Learn more now. Guest guest
Hi Valarie, My metabolism is pretty weird. On my 2nd year, I eat very often (usually every 2-3 hrs) with elephant portions lol. It getting better lately, I eat every 3-4 hrs. My weight is the same with plus minus 1 kg. Maybe K need me to eat a lot of food to fuel its movement?? Have you or anyone experience shock of energy while meditating? Like small explotion(s) inside your tantien or heart cakra? Om shri hanumate namah Eko --- vjvousden <vjvousden wrote: > Hello, EKO! Guest guest
Dear Chrism, After kundalini activation, on my 2nd year I have a scary eating habit, I eat portion of 5 persons per single serving. Although, it is getting normal but sometimes there are time when I have a surge of big appetite especially after a long continuous Kundalini meditation or practices. Since I was raised in a family that love to eat so much, I have never think this as a problem. I love to eat lol. It just amazes me of how K can change a person, and I would love to know if other people having the same experiences. Thx Eko --- chrism <> wrote: > For me it has been a changeable situation. Guest guest
Yes, Chrism, I will let you know if anything persists. So far nothing I need to see a doctor for!I rarely go to one anyway. I think I've learned to " go with it " in most symptoms and they run their course and disappear. Right now, I almost feel like the early stages of pregnancy (I'm definitely NOT) but I have the bloating, tenderness, moods, sudden craving for certain food. Bizarre but I go with the flow. And I will ocntinue to do that as it works best, so far. I do not want drugs of any sort and pride myself in being prescription free. I only take vitamins, some supplements(Omegas), colloidal silver. Thanks for the suggestions, Chrism. I'm so grateful for guidance in this exciting adventure. Blessings to you, Valarie , chrism <> wrote: > > For me it has been a changeable situation. Guest guest
I have experienced this and would eat two lunches. Then still feel as tho that food was completely digested and used up really quickly. This lasted for months then went away, and i found myself eating way less than normal, for 2 months, then back to the usual. Its just ''her way'' i think........................Just follow intuition as to what to do and eat. Guest guest
Normal body functioning requires the metabolic equivalent of a bicycle compared to the Kundalini requirements of the largest military jet. So eat the food and have no worries. After a time when your " new' self is nearer completion the " new " metabolism will feel normal to you and you may go without food for days only to return to eat a little without any ill effects. - Bon Appetite! -
Guest guest
I think it is a natural thing. I am not trying to loose weight. I just started to follow my intuition. When I started to follow my cravings I find I am eating food that I need instead of what I think I need. As I get a balance of exercise which is different than work. It is a time that I have set aside just for me and the exercises are more effective, because while I am doing them I am constantly aware of how I feel before, during, and after the exercise. IMHO. I think when you start consciously working on your self physical, mental, and spiritual all balance out, so what you need happens naturally. If you need to gain, or loose weight you will.
