Since I quit smoking I have been dreaming of smoking

nearly every night, also I stopped drinking coffee and

I've been dreaming about drinking coffee or trying to

buy a cup.

It drives me a little crazy actually!!!

Gives me cravings.

Elektra, I know what you mean. I haven't quit the coffee yet, but I don't drink

as much either because it just doesn't taste as good as it used to when I

smoked, but I am sure that when I do quit that will become a part of my dreams

as well. I drives me crazy as well, I hope it ceases some as the days go by! I

guess there must be some part of us that still craves the cig but the other part

is much stronger in the awaken state so it relies on our dream state to emerge.

Anyway maybe if we pray for each other it will help. Hugs and love to all.

Love,

Katherine

Great idea Katherine,

I'll say a prayer for all who want to quit addictions,

sending you and all the list lovelies loving support,

I think we are all doing very well and deserve to be

proud of ourselves.

Thats what a good dose of discipline in your life

brings, willpower and inner strength.

I'm so happy to be free, and healthy.

Especially because I was smoking herb which affects

the energy and brain capacity. Being stoned all the

time is not a good thing.

When I was in thailand and I met the sunyogi he said

something that really hit home with me , that

marijuana stifles creative energy, sexual energy. I

thought about the K energy and guessed it would do

alot of harm to the rising of it, and so, I stopped.

Nothing can come between me and my mistress!!!

Smoking had been a crutch of mine since late teens, to

numb and surpress emotions.

Being free is such an amazing feeling.

I think the support I recieve here helps tremendously.

Lots of love Elektra x x x
