Guest guest
Hi Elektra, thanks for post that sun yoga website. Did you go to a teachers class? That would be the coolest of cool jobs to teach children sun yoga. I wish I knew about that 30 years ago. That is what I would be doing today. I am so excited that there are people doing that. Guest guest
I was in thailand staying near a place called the sanctuary. A healing a yoga resort. Then, sunyogiji turned up and was offering a course for self use. I hadn't even heard of sun yoga before that moment but had recently been " bringing the light in " and feeling a great connection to the sun. It is quite remarkable. I really felt blessed at having met uma sankar and to have had the pleasure to learn his yoga. He lives on sunlight you know (no food or water or sleep), I'm sure you read that on his website. I plan to awaken K fully and then begin sun gazing for ascension. Guest guest
Wow! You actually got to met him and learn his yoga. That was a great blessing. I don't remember now how I learned of him..someone posted on a forum about him I think. I read how it was done and began doing it and found I really love it. I have not had my eyes checked since then, but I do think they may have improved somewhat. Are you suppose to have K fully awakened before doing it?
