Back sensations/Participation in Shaktipat?

I seem to get this everytime I'm sitting here reading these posts. I'm

having little electical-like surges along my spine. Nothing like the

jolt some of you have mentioned, just a buzzing, pins-and-needles feel

along the whole of my back almost to my neck. And once in a while the

roiling feeling like something turning. It's mostly pleasant, at least

attention getting. But the pins-and-needles can verge on prickling

sometimes. It's getting stronger, I think.

 

And may I ask what one feels during a Shaktipat? I guess I'm too new

here...I know to do the Safeties and the 5 Tibetans. I can do that.

Anything else one can expect? Can I go about my business in the middle

of this or is it something one needs to take some time alone for?

 

I think I want to do this, am I ready?

The surges you are feeling are a result of the Shaktipat the group

is giving. You may feel more of these sensations but perhaps more

focussed. Depending upon your practice of the safeties.

 

As far as being ready only you can answer that question. But you are

here and you are receiving and that does count for something imho. -

I have had those same experiences not only when I am reading posts, but also

if I think about K. Now I have this large sensation of something, the crawling

sensation under the skin, the prickling too, and most of all orgasmic

sensations, and if I acknowledge any of them they seem to want to intensify, how

funny huh! Smiles. Anyway, I know what you are talking about and I believe it is

K letting you know she is there.
