Guest guest
Hello Anne, You have many vectors of potential phenomena inducing aspects to your home and your belief systems. Let us see a definite pattern of phenomena before coming to any conclusions of Kundalini involvement. Reiki, crystals, Easter, Kundalini, etc. How is your Kundalini practice going? - blessings Anne - chrism Anne <annicole72 wrote: Hi Chrism, How are you? I hope you had a nice easter weekend. As for me I am doing good. My only concern though is I've observed that I'm having difficulty remembering my dreams lately. I know I do dream. But it feels and seems like when I wake up in the middle of a dream, I would talk/remind/validate to myself that I did dream. It seems like lately I've been having snippets. The first time something like this happened to me was when I first became attuned to reiki. Also, for the past two days, I would remember parts of the dream scene and ask myself if I dreamed it or did it actually happen in real life. Yesterday, was my first day back to school. My alarm clock woke me up at 4am, but I went back to sleep. An hour later, I heard a door bell in my ear - it's a very soft and pleasant " ding dong " sound, but it sure did get my attention and woke me up. The bell wasn't coming from outside our condo and ours is a buzzer, not a bell. @_@ I'm wondering if it has something to do with kundalini. Just curious and wondering what's going on. Thanks, Anne
Guest guest
Hi Chrism, Thanks for responding. Kundalini practice is doing good. I try to keep my tongue up even when I'm not meditating. I've been drinking a lot of water and going to the bathroom a lot too- Lol =). Its a good detox. Since school started yesterday, haven't gone to my yoga class yet. Hopefully this friday and the weekend since I have the day off. I wanted to ask, is it okay to use brown sugar and drink herbal teas (yogi tea)? I don't drink coffee anymore and I don't really like soda. As for TV ... I don't really watch tv unless there is something good I really want to see. As for food, I didn't like cottage cheese before, but now its what I have for breakfast with fruits. It taste pretty good. Forgiveness - I am a very forgiving person eventhough some people tells me that certain people does not deserve to be forgiven. I don't like to hold grudges because it burdens the heart, mind and spirit (Its not healthy). I believe in acceptance, forgiveness and letting go is healing and gives us peace of mind. I know that God, the Universe, my guides and guardian angels are watching over me and will take good care of me. I am very grateful for all the blessings, people and experiences in my life. I'm still learning and growing. I'm enjoying every minute of my life. Thanks, Anne , chrism <> wrote: > > Hello Anne, > You have many vectors of potential phenomena inducing aspects to your home and your belief systems.
