Guest guest
Dear Chrism, Yes, I know very well that there are pains involved in the K. It is evident in the posts as well as in the exhaustive information on the physical aspects at www.biologyofkundalini.com. I am eating watermelon EVERY DAY (I LOVE it) and drinking water like there's an impending drought. Remember, I'm the member who was not ready to surrender to the K until I did some major research about what I was getting into. Honestly, I know more than I WANT to know about what can happen, and I STILL surrendered!! LOL. Not being defensive, just trying to affirm my dead seriousness about this spiritual quest and my compliance with the Practices and your advice about diet. When you said: Keep the > tongue up and look up to the brow when you can do so > for a time of however long you can hold that as you > are early in your practice of it. Do you mean to do this (I notice you did not include the finger lock) at anytime during the day when I can? In addition to when I'm meditating (which includes the finger lock)? Thank you again, Chrism! Your time and special attention is greatly appreciated! Claudia --- chrism <> wrote: > No worries Claudia!, > Let us look at this > and see what will unlock this issue. Guest guest
Hello Claudia I know you are sending this email to Chrism. It is my opinion that once your kundalini activates there is no more conscious choosing. You have to go with it it won't stop. It is only people that haven't yet become active that have a choice.
