Do you have a pre-existing back problem? Extreme weight in the lower spinal column? Have you had trauma there before and was it resolved? If so please let me know. If not then it is a matter of practice and getting that part of your body into a condition that allows you to do the Tibetans. So, are you saying that you want me to do the stretches you gave Katherine while my back is still in pain? And shouldn't I stop the Tibetans till my back is better? Or, is it OK to do just some of them, like the first one (spinning) and perhaps the fourth one?
