Thank you again, Chrism, for taking time out of your

busy new work schedule to address my problem!! No, I

do not have a pre-existing back problem, nor have I

ever had trauma there. As for extreme weight in the

lower spinal column, I don't know what you mean. Am I

overweight? No, not at all. I am in the

low-to-average weight category for my height (5'8 " ).

I have always been active, playing tennis, walking,

riding my bike, and doing exercise like stretching,

resistance exercises, ab work, and exercises to

strengthen my legs since my understanding is that

strong legs help to promote a strong lower back.

You want to know something odd? Since I have been

communicating with you about this, over the last

couple of hours, my back is feeling much better than

it was this morning....have you been sending me

healing energy??? It's really strange, but it feels

much less painful. I'll keep watching the pain level,

and I'll keep you posted, but it seems better. I will

allow my back to normalize before resuming the

physical aspect of the practices.

Again, bless you for your time and your diagnostics

and for caring,

Claudia
