Help, P.S.- Stephen

Thanks Stephen! Yes, it is the 5th Tibetan! I will

just be doing the 1st one, spinning, for a while until

my back is feeling better, then I will try to do all

of them a little more 'gently.' I hate to veer off my

path at all, but I am continuing all the other

practices and trust that I will soon be back to

normal, and back on path.
