Now I want to tell you something about myself.....I have been reading up anything and everything available on the net about Kundalini for the last one year. Meditating with eyes up come naturally to me as I have been practicing Silva meditation.I have been practicing with chakra meditation too. Alternative nose breathing or pranayam as we call it is also familiar to me. Now I have incorporated some stretching of body muscles that I can perform as I am unable to do the full Tibetian Rites. One area that I know I have problem is in letting go of the anger and unforgiveness.....Now I am working on these issues ......Forgiving myself as well as others even though they continue hurting me ..... I think I am ready for the Summer Shaktipat as well as the scatterfield.Please include me in .I have uploaded my photos. I herby publicly affirm that I will abide by the rules of Safeties and do everything possible by me for the development of the 'K' energy. This is going to be my motto for the rest of my life. Start by forgiving little things then build into bigger things.
