Guest guest
Dear Elektra, I noticed you mentioned giving up milk, oranges, lemons and nuts...are we not supposed to be eating those things? I know about alcohol, smoking, refined sugar, and caffeine...what else is taboo? Thanks, Claudia --- Elektra Fire <elektra.fire wrote: > Thankyou so much Sam, > I am realising that I just can't do the things that > most other " normal " people can. Guest guest
sorry claudia to confuse you, I became allergic to nuts, milk, yogurt, lemons and oranges, some of my favourite things... it seems like everything i enjoy becomes bad for me ;( I used to love nuts and pralines, cream and orange juice and lemon juice. Then , out of the blue, food allergies hit me. I wish i could heal my allergies just so i could enjoy orange and lemon and nuts again. Here's hoping. Guest guest
Thanks for clarifying, Elektra! What a bummer that you can't eat those things! Milk is one of my favorite 'food groups!' Guest guest
Hi Claudia I believe the only reason she gave them up is because her body couldn't tolerate them. Every one has different things that for some reason or another they just can't eat or drink. I read in a book that you can't even make yogi tea with out milk because it depends on one of the enzymes that are in the milk to make it healthy. Like I have a problem with milk. It gives me stomach cramps and as I like to call it the trotts. Due to one of the sugars that is in milk. Love Stephen O.
