Some discomfort during Tibetans...

Lately, during exercise (and for a bit afterwards), I've been feeling

like I'm heating up inside, not sweaty just radiating heat, I get

slightly nauseous (not from the spinning, the thumb trick worked for

that, thanks so much!) and a little headachy. It will stay with me a

while, mostly the headache. Puts me off doing the Tibetans which

isn't a good thing...

Also, my tendency toward more vegetables continues though I still

want meat. Cravings for empty foods seem to be decreasing

(hallelujah). And I'm sleeping a bit better at nights. Dreams still

seem to be on hold or just vague and not very deep.

Any suggestions for the headaches and nausea? I really don't like

using aspirin/ibuprofen/naproxin type products.

The nice slightly electrical tingle and turning is between my

shoulder blades mostly now. I feel it and just smile.

Oh, and I finally got a little taste of the lights out of the corner

of my eyes last night. In the middle of the night in our dark room, I

saw a flash 2 times off to my left. It's just a wall there, nothing

that should have flashed. Cool!

Thanks everyone!

Sounds like you are doing really well Valarie! I spent my first two

weeks nauseated and had a headache for 6 days straight. I can't do

the Tibetans due to health issues, so it wasn't from those. I think

the initial changes being made might cause some nausea/headache.

The lights are cool aren't they? I have been lit up like daytime

when in a completely dark room and I am tickled by that. I'm so

easily amused, LOL.

A few times when meditating I have seen a blue serpent wearing a

crown that has female features. Has anyone else seen this?
