Guest guest
I have had a headache since a week ago Wednesday, which is when I believe extended his scatterfield to me, so perhaps that is a sign that some 'preliminary work' is being done on me. Do you think so, Sarita? Also, I had another 'K' dream the other night...with 3 snakes and a bee!! The interesting thing is that, for a couple of days prior to the dream, I had this itching in my right upper back above and to the right of my shoulder blade; I looked in the mirror and asked my husband to look at it...there was no rash or bump or other obvious cause of the itching. In this dream, the bee landed on that exact spot. I wonder if there is any significance to that... My lower back is still problemmatic. It was better on Thursday, then Friday it was hurting very bad. Now today it is OK again. I am treating it like a physical-based pain, with heat and taking Aleve at night when it really hurts and throbs. I hope it is caused by the awakening of my K, because I am so ready for this! Blessings & love to everyone, Claudia --- Sarita <sarita1969 wrote: > Sounds like you are doing really well Valarie! Guest guest
Hi Claudia! I hope you are enjoying the weekend with your family. I had my headache for 6 days of Shaktipat. I can't say if the Scatterfield is what is causing your headache but I suppose it is possible. I felt all kinds of strange sensations, nausea, headache, visual disturbances and tingles that week. (All this actually has made me realize that I haven't had any migraines since Shaktipat either! I have been getting them anywhere from 2-5 times per week since my accident. I have been on numerous combos of meds to try to stop them to no avail. It has been 3 weeks since I've had one! Hallelujah!) My gut instinct is to say that you should just " be " in this. Don't expect or anticipate too much or maybe you will cause yourself some worsening of the symptoms. I think K comes to each of us in a different way and should be left to Her own devices. I guess that is part of what surrender is all about right? A little trust that something is happening even if we don't see or feel it yet. And that it is happening as quickly or slowly as it should for our highest good. Sounds like a K dream to me! The number 3 stands for communication, interaction and neutrality (3 snakes). I will leave it to you to determine how that fits in with your situation as I don't know what the snakes were doing in the dream. Guest guest
Yes hello Claudia, That was a Kundalini dream. Try not to take drugs for the pain, back off of the looking at the brow of points and the alternate nostril compression prayer and breathing, and move into a position of meditating more as well as allowing the Kundalini to spread out by the use of Hatha Yoga. The area behind your shoulder where the bee landed would be seen as an indicator of where the infusion is expanding but this is significant only to you. Very good dreams! So try this and try not to cover the pain. Stay well hydrated and eat the watermelon. - Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: I have had a headache since a week ago Wednesday, which is when I believe extended his scatterfield to me, so perhaps that is a sign that some 'preliminary work' is being done on me. Guest guest
Hi Cluadia, I think that you could start by increasing water intake as energy needs extra water to move with, even if you already drink alot, you need more. I wouldn't take the head ache pills either, just my humble opinion. Try drinking an extra 1.5 litres mineral water. Much love Elektra x x x _________ Mail is the world's favourite email. Guest guest
Thanks Elektra, I am increasing my water intake, and I am no longer taking aspirin (for the headache) or Aleve (for the backache). I've heard of mineral water, but don't really know what it is. How is it different from spring water? And I'll have to get out my metric conversion chart lol! Guest guest
Mineral water is the same as spring water, it's just water that contains minerals. As for the amount, one big bottle should do the trick (not the huge ones mind you). Blessings and happiness Elektra x x x --- Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: > Thanks Elektra, I am increasing my water intake, and > I > am no longer taking aspirin (for the headache) or > Aleve (for the backache). Guest guest
Thank you, Elektra! I'll do that. Guest guest
Claudia, I know what you mean about the coming and going of the back issue. Even though mine isn't a painful one it is unconfortable and it can drive me crazy sometimes because I can't figure out what to do, while at the same time I know that it is K related and it ecstatics me because I know she is awakening and that is one thing I can't wait to experience. The discomfort is really interesting to some extent because I can actually feel a movement, like a ball rolling around or something, very interesting. The other thing is the excitement it brings to me internally. All of my experiences I have had and are having and will have are worth every disconfort, every creepy crawly thing under the skin, every buzzing sound, every everything, so worth it. I am so excited for you and the progress you are making. You go girl! I am with you all the way!
