Guest guest
Hello Chrism, Yes, I will do as you have suggested and keep you posted on my progress. The backache is really preturbing because I could swear it is physically based, it feels just like the back pain I get when I strain my back through lifting something heavy. The only difference is the way in which it seems to come and go, being worse one day, then better the next, then flaring again the next day. I take it you are convinced it is the way in which my Kundalini awakening is manifesting for me. I will trust that and begin to focus on meditation, Hatha Yoga (which I have studied previously, thank goodness) and continue to drink much water and eat watermelon. And I will resist taking Aleve and try to embrace the back and head pain as a harbinger of the gift of my K awakening. Thank you, Chrism, I will keep you posted on my progress.
