No apologies - please -lol,

You re not bothering me. You ask

questions others may feel shy about asking. So in asking, you help others too.

Please be advised that much of what occurs for me when I look at a person comes

instantly and without my having to cogitate on it for long periods. Sometimes

this " reasoning " process will defy a logical, deductive reasoning thought

stream. So with that caveat! lol ...........please see below bracketed by @@

1) Why do you recommend that I NOT look up now? Last

week you advised me to do the eyes up/tongue up for as

long as I can as often as I can. Why the 180?

@@ Sometimes the eyes up and other lock combinations can cause too much flow.

The headaches and lower spine issues can be modulated by these different

combinations. Sometimes the flow will be pulled back and a period of " allowing "

may ensue for the gradual acclimatization of the Kundalini in the person. @@

2) Why do you recommend that I stop doing the

compression prayer/breathing? I thought that balanced

the Ida and the Pingalla channels of the spine?

@@ You have been having pain. Not all pain is harmful. But I believe that a

slow approach inside an accelerated program is the best methodology. Yes they

balance the iIda and Pingalla but this also oinitiates a Kundalini flow by

direct stimulation of of the endpoint chakras inside the nostril about an eighth

of an inch on each side of the nose. As these are stimulated by alternate

nostril breathing Kundalini will respond and the flow will respond. @@

I am not taking anything for pain, and I am increasing

my water intake and will eat even more watermelon than

I am already eating. So far today, my back feels

pretty good. It's always better in the morning, of

course, because lying in bed sleeping at night is sort

of like being in traction.

@@ Do not feel the need to " eat even more " watermelon. Be balanced by your

own intuition regarding that. Balance is better than excess. Good to read of

your medicine choice. As you practice the Hatha Yoga you will invigorate the

body by the accelerated infusion and these will have the nips and ticks of the

infusion process bringing with it the joys and physical phenomena attendant with

Kundalini. Sometimes the different sensations can be disconcerting but as you

continue the " emotional conditioning " your sensate body will be more

encompassing of new phenomena with out the incursion of fear. Sometimes a

" burning " can be felt and an excess heat. No worries. It will subside on its own

or can be modualted by specific nostril breeathing plugging the right and

breathing through the left only. For severe cold the reverese is used. Keep

balancing the emotiuonal body as this is often where the intuitive communication

will take place. A calm understanding of the dynamics of

a new Kundalini presence in the body can ensue.@@

Yes, the dream of the bee and the 3 snakes. It is

meaningful to me that, in the dream, I wanted to build

a terrarium for the snakes and make pets of them. To

me, it says that I want to incorporate Kundalini into

my life (make a home for the snakes and nurture them).

As for the bee on my right shoulder, I will watch for

an infusion in that area.

@@ This is a very meaningful dream. All of these creatures have and hold a

high place in the demonstration of the Kundalini upon the body. You are indeed

coming into this area and you are blessed to be doing so with such freedom. The

bee isn't that site specific for infusion parameters but what you may wish to

look for is a blockage in that area. Look to the " doctrine of signature " with

what a bee can represent - a sting (pain) - and honey - a (sweetness -

pleasure.)

So you may have a Kundalini encounter of a blockage in that area that is a

manifestation of two and possibly more interactions of the bodies that are

simultaneously effected by the Kundalini. So A block age can equal pain (the

sting) which when it is cleared can equal pleasure (the honey) understand?@@

Yes, both the questions and the answers are very interesting, helpful

and and informative to me. Thanks both of you and blessings. Keep

I love when someone other than me is asking questions! LOL Seriously

though, I think it is wonderful and helpful for all members to read

the answers. Many might be too shy to ask and get their answers this

way. I also like when posts messages about what might be

upcoming even though nobody asked about it. I think for many of us

this information is very timely.

Sarita, I agree with you whole heartedly! Some people may be too shy or someone

may need to know more and just won't know it yet until the question is asked by

someone else, " Oh, I never thought to ask about that! " type of thing. Anyway,

great post!

Love,
