Entities that go BANG - Steven & CC

To give you an idea, these 'bangs' (which are as loud as the appliance

being struck forcibly with a metal bar) could occur any time 24/7,

during entity related times. And those `entity related times' last

year were for 12-18 hours per day for around 7 months.

After hearing the bang it got so I could hear the creature climbing

down, scampering across the floor (and feel it through the

floorboards) then feel it climb into the chair where I sit in front of

the computer or into the bed if that's where I was. I literally lived

with the pesky little buggers, shaking or vibrating everything and

crawling all over me or around me or sucking on me like a leach,

depending on what type they were. I was at the time determined not to

let go until I discovered what they were all about. I rose above the

fear element slowly. It did not even occur to me with my limited

knowledge at the time that they could be Astral or otherworldly. Just

too damn physical. (Incidentally there were a couple of `poltergeist'

type occurrences around the house at the same time).

Eventually I had gone as far with them as was necessary at the time. I

didn't actually realise it till afterwards...

My initial exploration on the internet yielded little results on the

phenomena I was enduring. At any rate in desperation one morning I

drove into the city and poured my heart out, almost demanding

explanations from metaphysical book stores- nobody knew what I was

going through – least of all me. One referred me to a healer who over

the phone said it sounded as though I was going through a `Spiritual

Emergency'. When I arrived home afterwards I immediately looked up

the definition on the internet.

SPIRITUAL EMERGENCY "

" Spiritual emergence has been defined as " the movement of an

individual to a more expanded way of being that involves enhanced

emotional and psychosomatic health, greater freedom of personal

choices, and a sense of deeper connection with other people, nature,

and the cosmos. An important part of this development is an increasing

awareness of the spiritual dimension in one's life and in the

universal scheme of things. "

When spiritual emergence is very rapid and dramatic this natural

process can become a crisis, and spiritual emergence becomes spiritual

emergency. This has also been called transpersonal crisis, acute

psychosis with a positive outcome, positive disintegration and an

extreme state. "

- (Grof & Grof, 1990)

From reading about forms of 'Spiritual Emergency' I read the word

kundalini and maybe one sentence before being overcome with emotion.

It took weeks before I had read my first paragraph on the subject. But

I knew immediately it was my path- it was me. I read anything and

everything of a spiritual persuasion. I was immediately and still am

like a sponge in this regard, only I find that I increasingly devote

more time towards self realization and discovering truths from within

than I could not possibly discover from the written word.

All this was possible because of a tumultuous (to put it mildly, lol)

couple of years prior to my entity interactions. All of which I am now

eternally grateful for. :)

Anyway to cut a long story short I was conversing off list with chrism

at the time and he suggested, and I quote:

" As far as the entities go let them leave. Those folks are the less

evolved teachers and they have done their job with you. They called

for recognition by giving you fear, which worked for a time. Now that

you are past that issue with them there is no reason for them to stay.

And it is wise not to depend on phenomena for validation. "

" And it is wise not to depend on phenomena for validation. " really

stuck with me.

When I first spoke with chrism this year I mentioned that my entities

had basically disappeared and as I was explaining this to him I

realized the activity had ceased when he sent that email to me! " And

it is wise not to depend on phenomena for validation. " Especially so

when they had nothing more to teach me at the time! I had

unconsciously let them go when chrism suggested I do so!

I have made a point of not looking for validation with anything aside

from my own heart. There are other phenomenon that I could relate

(some quite incredible) from this year but ultimately it doesn't

matter, will only divert my attentions unnecessarily, will attract

others attentions unnecessarily and all in all is very obviously only

a test of my resolution towards the true nature of the path I have chosen.

Maybe I will post more about my entities shortly. A couple of members

have suggested offline that I do so for the benefit of everyone as

they are so unique. For those interested I did post lots about my

encounters on the k-list last year.

with loves and lights, glen o.

Yep! That's what they do! Climbing on the bed and scampering like a very small

cat across the covers - little footprints on the sheets. Slamming heavy pipes

together and moving stuff. No worries though. Its part of the process, know that

and control your fear. It does go away. It is a teaching and a testing, just

like the dismemberment experiences -

Wonderful! In all my time I never heard someone explain it so

precisely! Except I have experienced it as strong as feeling as though

an entire person was in my mattress pushing and poking around

underneath me. It can still freak me out but there is absolutely no

fear there these days...

Is that what that is when I feel like the bed is rippling beneath me,

almost sucking me in? Sometimes I feel as though there is something

in bed with me, moving inside the mattress.

I'm sure people have done that, LOL! I always kind of chalked it up

to the hypnagogic state, but it happens when I am perfectly conscious

now too. Call 1-800-MATTRES and leave the last S off for savings...

Goodness, what an experience! I am not really sure what I would do if I were to

experience that! Do other people around you experience it as well? Do you still

have them? How unique and interesting your experiences are! Please do share more

when you have a chance.

Lots of Love,

Katherine

  • 5 months later...

I used to experience that at our old house in my bedroom. It was the

time I didn't know about OBEs. I used to experience it every night

when I go to bed. It was scary falling asleep. I felt like the bed was

sucking me in and I always fought it. I still sleep on the same bed

but I don't experience that anymore. Our old house was haunted.

Oh gosh, I can't help but think of that scene in Nightmare on Elm

Street where Freddy sucks the guy down into his bed. Johnny Depp

played the part. Meep!
