Guest guest
Breathing normally into these areas makes my body vibrate and I can feel the energy rushing up my spine, giving me those wonderful, blissful shudders. Less pleasant is the tooth ache I have been having the last three nights. I wake up because of the pain and only with hand on and breathing into it I can go back to sleep again. During the day I feel no pain at all. My question: is this k related, like other's head ache? Thank you. - Ruth , " chrism " <> wrote: > > This is called " Chakra Breathing " and is combined with an attentive > meditation with each chakra. > > Breathe into the areas where you know the chakras are. Guest guest
Yes Ruth it can effect the teeth, And if you have a problem there it can accentuate it due to the amplification. Doesnt always hurt when it encounters the teeth though and when it does it dissapates with in a few days. Typically. Keep the tongue up behind upper front teeth. Do not over do the chakra breathing. - ruzu27 <ruzu27 wrote: Breathing normally into these areas makes my body vibrate and I can feel the energy rushing up my spine, giving me those wonderful, blissful shudders.
