i was an abused wife .When i began to let go the ties , fears ,

anger and so on as my back started to heal i had dreams about him.I

think as i opened up areas to heal the cells in those areas were able

to give up her memories also .

When i started yoga i was unable to lie flat or stand on one leg but

Iyengar yoga took me slowly and carefully through first of all

standing poses with my back to the wall looking in the mirror .Any

lifting of legs was done with a belt to support round the feet .Dog

pose was done on an incline ..everything gentle until i could stretch

out the spine .One pose for me was feet on floor and reaching out

over the table to stretch so you can see i needed lots of help .When

chrism says you are ready imsure if you find the right theraputic

yoga teacher they can help you .

I dont want to let anyone suffer the pain i did when energy got

jammed in my shoulder so even putting a boulster down the centre of

the spine to allow shoulders to relax can ease the tension .Gently

raising your legs up the wall to let energy flow down the legs to the

lumbar can be relieving even if you need a cushion .I found it

helpful to ask my husband to tell me if i had one shoulder higher

than the other as i tried to walk straight and i used cushions in my

chair to stop me slumping .

Someone mentioned reiki attunement .I found showing someone how to

self heal until they had some flow and aquaintance with inner energy

was very helpful especially with any depression or illness

present .This does not require attunement so the wiring is not

jolted .When you are not sure somebody is really going to continue it

leaves them with choice .Latest research from Japan suggests reiki

was only really intended as a spiritual tool for self enlightenment

and the healing was a mere side effect .The main business was inner

purification . I felt this myself always which is why though

unemployed i could not make a business of it .

The beggar story i felt was just pointing out there has to be work by

the receiver for lasting change and as i believe there is always an

energy exchange i have felt blessed by the spiritual insights i have

received and surprisingly there has always been sufficient to put

food on the table .Sometimes gifts came from unexpected quarters.

I propose to pray that chrism also receives the abundance i feel i

have .Like me i suspect he may have once felt torn between the

feeling that some people regard free offers as worthless which

sometimes made me feel low but actually what is on offer is beyond

value and those who do not recognise that lose out as they fail to

make any progress.

Gaining grace takes for me at least constant self apraisal , watching

my thoughts , lifting myself and paying attention .

Sarita i found eft very helpful when dealing with the last tiny

tendrils connected to abuse issues and the manual is free on the net

and does not involve movement !.

Much love elizabeth

Thank you Elizabeth for sharing that. Where can I find this manual

that you are talking about?

Fortunately for me I was not physically abused by my ex, but

emotional abuse can be really bad too. My physical issues come from

my car accident and have improved since the K has come into my life

for which I will be eternally grateful.

I'm glad that you found your way and are such a positive person with

so much to offer.

Sarita,

if you enjoyed Celestine Prophesy, then you would like the books that were

written by some American Scientists called the Masters of the Far East. These

are their true accountings of their visit there way back...before the 1930's I

believe. it comes in a set of 5 books...and a sixth has been added by the

publisher just recently when many of the notes of the original writer were found

by them. Their visit changed their lives completely.

Gee, Sarita, that doesn't sound like you. Is that

really YOU???

I've been pondering this situation and realize that

there are those who love to chat about everything that

is posted, sharing experiences and feelings; and then

there are some who are interested in the deeper

aspects of transmission, which goes beyond the words

themselves. Its not a lack of participation in

interaction and support, its just a deeper communion.

Sometimes the chattiness really feels like shallow

waters in terms of energy. I find too much of it

really affects me, so maybe I need to follow your

suggestion, too. Or maybe we can come up with a " word "

to put into the subject line... like " K " . We do need

to do something. I'm beginning to feel like I really

don't want to be here anymore, and your suggestion may

be confiring it.

Love, dhyana

Dhyana and RR,

I didn't mean that in a negative way, just a helpful way. I got the

impression that some people might be looking more for informational

direction rather than discussing and sharing experiences. I imagine

it might get very frustrating for such a person to wade through all

these messages. Since many of the nuggets of wisdom that Chrism

posts ends up on the website, I thought the suggestions might be

helpful. I certainly didn't mean to offend!

Dear Sarita, it is not taken in a negative way, nor am

I offended. It was a suggestion, one of which I may

consider. I'm not a very good wader, so I may need to

move into a different setup. It is nothing personal, I

was just a little taken aback by the coldness...may

not have been intended, I understand that. All of you

who like the exchanges, enjoy. Much love, dhyana

If he should pass first...

and you speak to his spirit...

won't he be suprised!

Please don't say: " Told you so Dad! " .

Of course he would prob just laugh at that time!

:)

Let's talk in PM. I am probably going crazy, but I sense a

communication with us.

Must be the second chakra messing with me head. ;-)
