I have uploaded to a location where it may be easily downloaded from.

As it turns out there are quite a few people interested in acquiring a

copy. At almost 6mb it is a bit of strain for my dial-up connection to

send to everyone individually.

Glen, I try every way, with both browsers and I could not get it to

open. The address doesn't go anywhere. I tried the cut and paste and

it still would not work for me. Could you help. Is there something

else I can do.

Hello Glen,

Thank you so much for taking the time to upload the book but unfortunately

couldn't download it even with copying the two lines address, I tried many

times, omitting spaces but still couldn't find the page.

I have uploaded another copy with a shorter name so downloading should

not be a problem now.

If it is still not working it is because have inserted blank

spaces into the address. If this is the case then copy the address,

remove the spaces then paste into your browsers address bar.
