Another newbie question - Paul

Hey Paul,

 

Have you tried using local honey? Since I started taking a little in

my coffee every day, my allergies are gone. For the last 4 or 5 years,

the high pollen count hasn't affected me a bit...

 

Also, using a neti pot to rinse your sinuses might be very helpful.

You can easily get one at WholeFoods or on the web.

You can easily find local honey at farmers' markets, WholeFoods, and

some (not all) grocery stores. The " wild flower " variety seems to be

the most useful.

Thanks - I called my local co-op and they said they had it... I'm surprised

that I hadn't seen it before.
