Guest guest
Hey Paul, Have you tried using local honey? Since I started taking a little in my coffee every day, my allergies are gone. For the last 4 or 5 years, the high pollen count hasn't affected me a bit... Also, using a neti pot to rinse your sinuses might be very helpful. You can easily get one at WholeFoods or on the web. Cheers, Sel , " paulrffff " <paulffff wrote: > > Good morning/day/evening all :-) > > I have another newbie question. Guest guest
You can easily find local honey at farmers' markets, WholeFoods, and some (not all) grocery stores. The " wild flower " variety seems to be the most useful. Sel , " Paul F " <paulffff wrote: > > Well my sinuses appear to be fine (though I do take the antihistamine every > day). I can breathe fine. Guest guest
Thanks - I called my local co-op and they said they had it... I'm surprised that I hadn't seen it before. Thanks again!
