Good morning, and group!

Chrism, I need your advice. I awoke this morning to

find my left eyelid swolen and red; my right eyelid is

red in the crease, but not swolen and 'normal' in

comparison to my left eyelid. I had this condition

for a few days the first week you extended the

Scatterfield to me, but it went away. Now it is back

with a vengence. (BTW, I am not allergic to any

pollens)

Do you think this is K related? Is there anything I

can do for/about it? The first time it happened, it

itched; this time it doesn't itch, it's just there.

Last week you told me to stop looking up...do you

think this is a sign that I should start looking up

again?! LOL!!!!!!!

As I wrote you on Tuesday, I am feeling fabulous

otherwise!! No more headache, no more backache, and I

am really enjoying the Hatha Yoga! I am eating very

healthy: lots of root veggies and FRUIT!! Right now I

am eating breakfast: 2 huge pieces of watermelon, a

huge apple, a banana, 5 large strawberries, and a

handful of blueberries!!! Delicious!!!

I am also sleeping more...it's weird! Last night, I

slept for almost 12 hours!!! I seem to need more

sleep. And astral projection seems impossible...I

can't stay awake for a full induction routine. But I

know that I will have another OBE when the time is

right (to everything, there is a season...).

Any advice, observations???

Thank you, Chrism, and God bless you!

Claudia

P.S. Can I start the compression prayer/breathing again??

Hello Claudia,

The puffy eyelids may be due to the amount of sleep

that us being modulated for you at this time. The eyes will respond

as red and puffy and the position of one being more affected than

another may be due to the side of the body you sleep on at night or

for most of your sleeping period. See if this is confirmed by

observing which side gets the most attention during sleep. The itch

is a response to the folds of skin being subjected to pressures that

they are not yet used to. As far as it being a part of the

scatterfield, no and yes as the scatterfield is channeling a dose of

the Kundalini and you are backing up that dosage by having a good

practice. So Kundalini is taking root in you. Congratulations!

It is normal for the need of sleep to increase as much is done

during these time periods. Your OOBEs may be changed into dreams of

Kundalini symbol communications so see what occurs for you.

Keep your practice components static for the time being and continue

to " allow " -
