Guest guest
It wont hurt your prowess and indeed may be of some help but it isnt a body building tool. It goes far far beyond mere physical absorption. - , " zappy3491 " <zappy3491 wrote: > > Just wondering if i am current with this assumption... > > I haven't lifted in a while wanted to start back, wouldn't kundalini > actually help with building muscle because its based on healing your > muscles stronger? >
