Weight lifting+Kundalini

Just wondering if i am current with this assumption...

 

I haven't lifted in a while wanted to start back, wouldn't kundalini

actually help with building muscle because its based on healing your

muscles stronger?

It wont hurt your prowess and indeed may be of some help but it isnt a

body building tool. It goes far far beyond mere physical absorption. -

Yes I do not expect it to be, I also figure I can practice healing

when I start back the first day especially, lactic acid is killer!
