Eyelid redness - thanks

Thank you, Chrism. I appreciate your attention during

this period of a very heavy work schedule for you!

 

I am pleased that Kundalini is taking root in me and I

am content to continue to 'allow.' I feel happy,

healthy, optimistic, and so honored to be reciving the

gift of K awakening.

 

I guess I will just 'allow' the red and swolen

eyelids, too. They're itchy and feel inflamed, but

it's not too bad. I thought I slept on my right side

most of the time, but I do change positions each time

I wake up so perhaps I am favoring the left side these

days.

 

My dreams last night were very interesting. Each

dream centered around an aspect of my practice: in one

I was doing Yoga, in one I was meditating, in one I

was practicing forgiveness, and in one I was eating

healthy food...and lots of watermelon, lol. I woke up

amused at the fact that my practice has become so

ingrained that I'm doing it in my dreams!

Hi Claudia...you may already know this, but I felt

prompted to say that chamomile tea soaks are very

soothing to the eyes. Much Love, dhyana
