Update on my Progress

I just wanted to update everyone one on my progress. The movements in

my back and neck have for the most part settled. Every so often I feel

her warm presents. She has slowed for the moment and I only await her

next move. The orgasmic sensation peaked at a high as if it hit the

crown of my head and just twirled around and round. At one point I felt

a small opening at the crown of my head that was just sensational and

then from that point on every thing else seemed to settle. At the time

while I was having my occurrence, I was suffering from tremendous hot

flashes both day and night, which wasn't good as far as my AC was

concerned, but oh well! The hot flashes have subsided as well! Today

when I was doing my Tibetans I was able to complete all of them without

problems! Although I feel somewhat different, I feel back to myself

again. Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know where I am. Thanks for

all being here with me! I love you all and hope the best to all of you

as we go on our journey. I look forward to this spiritual journey with

you all. May all of you be Blessed and May God be with each of you!
