Yes Nicole,

It would be best if you were to do some Hatha Yoga

stretches. Be equal and on both sides of the body, do the locks as

described in the safeties, and follow your dietary intuitions.

 

Please note that your awakening is following a classic route and is

very normal albeit under the unusual actions of Kundalini.

 

All members please note - Nicole has self activated and did not, to

my knowledge, seek this out. This can have the effect of changing

the response that a person will have to a Kundalini activation.

Sometimes it can seem as a burden as this wasn't " wanted " or worked

for.

 

A desire for this to occur can change the whole flavor of phenomena

and its attendant feelings as the Kundalini brings the changes to

the body. Not saying that Nicole does not appreciate what she has -

she can speak to that - Just a heads up that your feelings and

attitude and desire for the Kundalini will make a difference in how

you receive it on an emotional and phenomena based level.

 

The safeties are designed to smooth out a flow, and yet there are

some periods of difficulty as the body strives to adjust. They are

temporary, but they can be persistent for a time. Be patient and

allow the Kundalini to take its course with in you and remember that

you are in a " Process " not a permanent condition there is an end

point to these changes but as the changes occur so will your

perspective on life take on new and expansive and inclusive levels

of appreciation. -
