If all else fails Paul, going to an ENT isn't an incorrect course

of action. She can look at the ear and see if a boil is developing

or if there is a water/wax issue or a need for wax removal. Torn

eardrum etc. Insects can get trapped in the ear wax and also form a

blockage of the ear canal - many things! Just as long as NO DRUGS

are prescribed. Not saying that all drugs are bad only those with

brain re-channeling actions like SSRI's are ***(in my non medical

opinion) hazardous to the Kundalini flow in a person.

Keep doing the five Tibetans. Often a person will have a feeling of

pressure change due to the micro release of the Kundalini that these

rites can induce. Go with this and expect other conditions upon and

in the body that are not normal in how they feel. It is a change.

From caterpillar to butterfly will probably involve some itching! -

Thanks chrism... I'm anticipating change, I just don't want to do something

irresponsible in the process. :-) My regular doctor indicated no wax in the

ears, so the issue is them draining as they are supposed to do. I am

hopeful that Sel's recommendations will help.

I've been reading about all the wonderful attributes of raw honey. I've not

yet deciphered what is fact and what is hype, as most people on the net are

also trying to sell it, but I remember that you and others here hold it in

high esteem. I really hope that some turn in my path will eventually allow

me to take less drugs (for blood pressure, allergies, etc). I never used to

understand the the term " tolerated " in relation to drugs, until I had to

take them regularly. Now I understand - most of the time you get used to

their effects, and learn to live with them, but you never truly feel as you

should. But I guess I cannot complain - they can have some very beneficial

results too...

Anyway, enough rambling. I will be here tonight at 9PM (EDT) for the

healing efforts should they transpire...

Thanks Chris and blessings to you and the group.

Hi Paul. I used to have chronic sinus problems and

allergies until I started taking a multiple vitamin.

Never had another problem. I get my vitamins from

Puritans Pride (www.puritan.com). If you're interested

in trying it, it's the Vita Man(#003894) (of course I

take the one for women! hehe) They have sales quite

frequently where you buy 1 get 2 free, buy 2 get 3

free. It amazed me AND my doctor how it cleared up ALL

my allergies! Something in it works wonders. Might,

maybe, help you, too. Just a thought. Hug. Love,

dhyana

Thanks dhyana... actually I have been a little slack on taking vitamins

lately. I started on a vegan diet about 6 months ago, and had concentrated

on eating lots of fruits and vegetables, and felt like I probably didn't

need the vitamins, but I may have slipped somewhere. I'll start them again

to be safe. And I'm familiar with Puritans Pride, but not sure if I've

taken that specific vitamin. I'll look into it. Thanks for the

suggestion... :-)

Blessings to you...

Paul

PS 'was just thinking how special the people are in this group. I guess

that shouldn't be surprising...

Many blessings to all...

I compared the ingredients of the men and women's.

Women's has bee pollen and royal jelly...probably what

vanquished the allergies. Wonder why its not in the

men's...hmmmm Maybe just to try the bee pollen alone,

if you don't want a multiple? Couldn't hurt! I love

not having to take allergy meds anymore...and all

those nose sprays. yuck. hahaha Love, dhyana

That's great dhyana... well I will definitely be eating honey for a while,

so if it has anything to do with bee pollen, then I should make progress.

:-)

Thanks so much for checking that out :-)

Blessings...

Paul

Hi Paul

I was on a vegetarian diet for years. It is important that you get

enough vitamin B12 that is the only vitamin that the human body can't

get from plants. It is also important that you get enough protein.

Love and Light;

Stephen O.

Thanks Stephen.... I monitored what I ate very closely for a while, and then

got lazy. But I think I'm doing okay. I will start the multi vitamins

again though, just to be safe.

Thanks!
